Two separate housing plans have been approved for new homes in the city's Skeoge area.
The approved applications are part of longer term plans for 1,500 new homes in the area
Permission was granted for a 169 home development to the north and northwest of the Skeoge Link at a meeting on Wednesday.Separate plans for 75 houses at land south east of Glenabbey Cottages have also been approved.
