Plans to construct 104 properties where Lynncroft Primary School once stood in Eastwood will be discussed at Broxtowe Borough Council's planning committee on September 6
More than 100 new homes are set to be built on the site of a former Nottinghamshire school. , with councillors advised to approve the scheme.
In response to the issues discussed at the previous planning committee, applicant Avant Homes confirmed no bungalows will be provided on site due to viability issues. The housebuilder's adapted plans have also adjusted the height of the new homes backing onto Garden Road and Atherfield Gardens, with lower finished floor levels, and increased heights of trees and landscaping between the proposed and existing properties.
