An uninsured dad who crashed into a highways tipper van while 13 times over the drugs limit resulting in the tragic death of his son has been jailed.

However an investigation found that Clarke was travelling at 76mph.
Police Sergeant Emma Kennedy from GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “Blake's death was entirely preventable. His two son’s safety should have been at the forefront of his mind.
