For the first challenge, hosts Emma Willis and Tom Allen gave Peter, Samia and Joanna the tough task of cooking their mentor's signature dish.
Samia was paired with Jean-Christophe Novelli and had to cook his signature chicken chocolate and merlot casserole. Despite burning herself during the process, Samia delivered great flavours in the dish. However, her chicken was overcooked.Meanwhile, Peter was tasked with cooking Rosemary Shrager's beef fillet with beef bonbons. His bonbons were on the dry side, but Peter impressed the judges enough with his steak to go straight through to the final.
