The King has invited his disgraced younger brother Prince Andrew back into the family fold, which has not pleased Prince William, according to sources.

King Charles overruled the Prince of Wales by ordering the royal family to fall in line by welcoming his shameful brother Prince Andrew back into the family unit, according to sources.

After the public declaration of support from the Prince and Princess of Wales, Andrew was seen riding in the car to and from the service in Balmoral where the royals are currently on holiday, the Mirror reports. After making the extraordinary settlement with Virginia Giuffre to prevent a full trial in a US court from happening, Prince William also threatened to boycott a major royal event with Kate last June if his uncle was granted permission to take part in the procession.

“The duke carried an ambassadorial role across the world and to be represented by someone with a questionable past, certainly for the people of the country that I represent, is not something we want. She continued: "We want to make sure the rights of women are upheld and I don’t think we can have confidence that those would be a priority if Prince Andrew was welcomed back into any public role whatsoever."
