Blackburn Rovers are still hoping to be active in the transfer window before Friday's 11pm deadline, with a striker and centre-back their top priorities.
Rovers have been linked with loan moves for Chelsea youngster Mason Burstow and FC Basel winger Liam Millar. Lancs Live understands neither of these players are targets at this moment in time. Rovers are in talks with several clubs about potential additions before the window shuts. Money remains tight and so there could be outgoings too to free up funds, mainly on loan.
