County police arrested the teen on suspicion of murder and he remains in custody to be interviewed by investigators.A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: ‘Detectives have launched a murder investigation following the death of a woman in Warrington.‘At around 9.40am today, Tuesday 29 August, officers were called to reports of a domestic incident at an address on Phoenix Place, Warrington.
‘Police and paramedics attended and found that a 48-year-old woman has been seriously assaulted outside her home. ‘Sadly, despite the best efforts of all those involved, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene; her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.More:
