A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital
she was on her way home from work when she saw the scene opposite her house. The woman said: "It is happening now back Blenheim Ave and Blenheim Square, taped off by police because of a stabbing. When I overheard what happened, I just hoped whoever it had happened to was OK."West Yorkshire Police issue statement
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police has confirmed the details so far. They said: "Police were called to Blenheim Square, Leeds, at 2.45pm today to reports of an assault. "A man in his 20s was found at a nearby address and taken by ambulance to hospital with a stab wound to his leg. Enquiries are ongoing in the area. If anyone has any information about this assault or those involved they are asked to contact Leeds District CID."
