Blackpool is expected to see heavy rain on Tuesday, September 19, which could result in traffic and travel disruption.
The Met Office said the remnants of Hurricane Lee will bring "heavy and persistent" showers throughout the day and a yellow weather warning is in place from 6am today until 6pm on Wednesday. Forecasters warn that the downpours could result in flooding and lead to longer journey times and delays.
