“It would be a lovely place to live. I am very disappointed in the developer who has failed to do right by the public and provide affordable housing.” The residential accommodation will be a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, the committee heard. The development also proposes co-working spaces and a resident’s gym, as well as associated bin storage and amenity space.24 new apartments for Higher Hillgate
