Zara McDermott has shared her workouts ahead of joining the cast of Strictly Come Dancing, which starts next month.
In one clip, she can be seen wearing a lilac sports bra and bright pink leggings as impressively does the splits. She wrote: “Getting back in my flow, I've been away from home for 6 weeks. One final week at work this week in Ibiza and then I'm back in the UK & back on my grind [flexed biceps and ok hand emoji] & trying to loosen up these tight hamstrings today [laughing face emoji]”.
