at Holyrood, focusing on his priorities for the year ahead on the day that MSPs returned from their summer recess.Six councils will be given money to pilot a new childcare model covering children from the age of nine months to the end of primary school
Work with councils to roll out free school meals to all children in P6 and P7, but this will not take place until 2026. A Cladding Remediation Bill, giving Scottish ministers new powers to “undertake urgent measures” to ensure buildings are not a fire risk.
