Luca Bernardi out, XaviFores in at Ducati squad Barni Racing from this month's Argentina WorldSBK round:
Sanmarinese rookie Bernardi will take part in this weekend's Portimao round as normal aboard Barni's solo Ducati V4 R Panigale, before making way for veteran Fores for the final leg of flyaway races at Argentina's Villicum circuit, Mandalika in Indonesia and Phillip Island.
Fores, 36, raced for Barni full-time in 2016-18 before being axed in favour of now-factory Ducati rider Michael Ruben Rinaldi.Barni team boss Marco Barnabo said: “It has been a difficult decision, but I think we’ve made the right choice, for the team and for Luca too.
