BREAKING: Woman suffers 'life-threatening injuries' after being hit by e-bike with two arrested
A woman has been left with life-threatening injuries after being hit by an e-bike in Wigan - as two males were arrested.
Two people on the e-bike suffered minor injuries. Two males - aged 19 and 20 - were both arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.The 19-year-old remains in police custody. The 20-year-old was bailed.
