Woman slams McDonald's response after complaining over 'degrading' state of disabled toilet
A woman says she was left feeling 'degraded' over the 'filthy' conditions of a disabled toilet in a Stockport McDonald's.
Footage captured by Jacqui shows a broken toilet seat hanging off its hinges, as well as toilet paper clogging up the loo and mould under the sink. McDonald's said they were 'disappointed' by the videos and 'swift action' had been taken to clean the bathroom up."It was terrible," Jacqui told the Manchester Evening News. "Inside the bowl there was leftovers from whoever had been in the toilet before me.
"It felt degrading," she added. "Like they just hadn't been bothered to clean it. With McDonald's being such a big company, surely they have the revenue to sort this out. There's no excuse."
