Campbell, of Falkirk, was behind the wheel of her mum's mobility car when she was caught by police changing speed.
The officers did not move off when the lights changed to green and waited for Campbell to pass in front of them. "While travelling on Maryhill Road, the car stopped too quickly for the police car and the driver was forced to slam on his brakes."
