A DOG owner has been charged after her Dobermann left a three year old girl with life changing injuries when it bit her as she walked home from a sweetshop.The three-year-old was treated in Queen Alexandra HospitalThe toddler, who has not been named, suffered a "significant wound" to her back and was immediately rushed to hospital in need of surgery.

Now, following the frightening incident in Havant, Hants, Garner, 45, has been charged and will appear in court next month. Garner, from Havant, was charged with being the owner or person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
