The first episode saw 10 Islanders enter into couples, with a few steals along the way before the contestants all admitted to wanting to ‘keep their options open’ and get to know each other. Annoyingly, though, the series premiere was disrupted for many with regular glitches on both their TVs and the ITVX app.
As a result, fans missed out on golden moments and were left raging, also questioning why they pay their TV license. Others noted that the glitching only seemed to occur mid-episode, and not during the ad breaks, which fans surely wouldn’t have minded missing.Kiss goodbye to your social life as Love Island is back for its Winter 2023 series.
