Wilko is rolling out the new feature to all of its shops
Wilko has announced it will be introducing a brand new feature to stores nationwide that will offer customers more flexible shopping choices.
Wilko has said the new service is already available in over half of its stores and will be rolled out nationwide following two successful trials that were met with positive customer feedback. Other additions and changes to Wilko's shopper experience include; launching pick a day and/or time delivery, creating third party parcel collection points at selected stores across the country, reducing the price of home delivery options and introducing Klarna as a payment option on wilko.com.
Latest shopping news To use the service, all Wilko shoppers need to do is simply visit the Wilko website where they can shop as normal after selecting a participating store. Once the order is complete, the order will be prepared by the chosen store and shoppers will be sent a "ready to collect" email.
