'I'll never be able to see these memories again'💔

A widow has blamed a care home for losing the only copies of precious photographs of her late husband and son.

When the former Daily Record printer and process operator died at halloween 2021, Susanne says the pictures were nowhere to be found, Lanarkshire Live reports.Despite repeated requests for information on their whereabouts the pensioner says she is no further forward. She explained: "We had left photos in my husband's room, and when he died, we never received the pictures back.

She said: "He had dementia, and to see such a clever person go that way was horrible. I would bring in photos to my husband to show him his loved ones, and sometimes he would show a glimmer of recognition. The pictures meant everything.
