It all started in 1963, when three scents, including Thé , were conjured up by co-founder Desmond Knox-Leet and housed in transparent glass vessels. They were later labelled with the brand’s immediately recognisable, stylistic black alphabet, which seems to dance across the face of each glass jar. Cleverly made using a combination of waxes in varying degrees of thickness and texture, each of the candles are formulated to burn evenly and beautifully.
