The new owner will take over both the bar and lounge area as well as the former nightclub space.
A 'well-established' former Glasgow bar and nightclub is up for sale.
The ground and basement floors of a property on Maryhill Road which used to be occupied by the popular nightlife spot Frampton's has been put on the market. A new owner will take over a 6000sqft space, including a bar and lounge area with a capacity of 150, and a large function area that was used as the nightclub to accommodate 250 people. While the first and second floors are currently undergoing refurbishments under another owner, the properties are separated by a dividing walkway with access through two different doors.
The listing, by Christie & Co, advises future tenants that the owner is willing to work with them to ensure they have their own set-up. It is described as"an ideal opportunity to acquire a long-established bar restaurant site that is currently in the process of being refurbished to create a more modern establishment."
