The popular clothing retailer has always been known for offering an in-store experience only, but now, shoppers can place an order online for click and collect. Yesterday, Primark shoppers were finally able to try out the service at 25 of its UK stores as part of a trial.
The new click and collect section of the website looked really smart and aesthetically pleasing. As a whole, it was generally really user friendly and simple to navigate. We even looked on the 'home', 'Christmas' and 'collabs' section, and was still given options for children. Of course, this is a great opportunity for those that need it, but we were kind of hoping we'd get a taster of some other Primark products.
