He is one of seven people to receive sentences.
The British-Palestinian network was sentenced on February 10 at Chelmsford Crown Court for conspiring to facilitate unlawful immigration through fraudulent documents.
Micaiah Marley, 29, of Watford, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to facilitate the entry into the UK of asylum seekers and the remaining six defendants were found guilty of the same offence at trial.Amna Tarmahomed, 28, of Leicester, was also sentenced to two years and six months.Ismail Hussein, 48, a Palestinian national, of Tottenham, London, was sentenced to six years.
