This is the moment an emergency mission was launched by a Scots RNLI crew who were able to rescue a dog which was stuck at the bottom of cliffs in the north east.
The Peterhead RNLI crew was alerted and its lifeboat, The Misses Robertson of Kintail, made its way to the scene near to Slains Castle. Sparky the dog took some convincing but the crew eventually enticed him to come closer and the dog was recovered to the boat and reunited with his owners.
