It's claimed Stephen Angell and Laura Stevenson failed to show up at court for a pre-trial hearing.
A court has issued warrants for the arrest of a man and woman following the death of a baby in East Kilbride.
They are charged with failing to provide the infant with adequate food, care and nutrition before he died in November 2018, the Daily Record reports.It is claimed that Angel, 43, and Stevenson, 45, failed to turn up for a pre-trial hearing a Hamilton Sheriff Court yesterday, where they faced charges of failing to provide proper hygiene, suitable sleeping arrangements and exposing the infant to the risk of ingesting drugs.
