⚠️ A swathe of fresh flood warnings are in place across the UK Many of them are clustered around the west and south west of England

The Environment Agency has flagged 166 flood alerts in areas across England and Wales that could be vulnerable to flooding, with warnings clustered in Dorset where flooding is “expected”. Devon County Council has warned the public to take extra care while outside as eight parts of the county have flood warnings attached.has already caused disruption across Wales, including power cuts and train delays, while the River Severn has reached its highest ever recorded level.
