Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has revealed she's the 'most content' she's been in years with her body after previously 'weaponising exercise'
Vicky Pattison has opened up on her body confidence after explaining that women are trained to hate what they see in the mirror.
"I'm a normal girl, aren't I? I think we're trained from such a young age to hate what we see in the mirror, not feel body-confident and just want something that we don't have," she told us. She said: "I think it's really sad and I definitely think there's such progression and improvement in that area. But old habits die hard, don't they? "I train when I can, I eat well when I can, but I don't weaponise exercise. I don't beat myself up if I've enjoyed a cheeseboard and a bottle of wine with it with Ercan.
