A desperate search mission is underway to find a teenage boy who was seen struggling in the River Thames.

between Bourne End in Buckinghamshire and Cookham in Berkshire. Thames Valley Police said it had received a report at 3pm that a teenage boy had entered the water and got into difficulty.
