Andrew Fenton was last seen in the Corsebar area of the town at around 2am on Wednesday, August 23.
Officers are asking anyone who can assist in tracing the 32 year old to get in touch.He was last seen wearing a black zipper, black joggers and white and purple Nike trainers.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Anyone who has seen Andrew or who has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 2722 of 24 August, 2023."
