Lidl shoppers have been urged to check their homes for its own-brand Simply Grated Cheddar as it is being urgently recalled.
Product details state that it is the 500g bag of Simply Grated Cheddar with a best before date of 23 December 2022. Consumers who have the affected product will be able to return it to Lidl where they will receive a full refund. The Lidl stores which have sold the impacted product have displayed a point of sale notice, explaining to customers why the product is being recalled and telling them what to do if they have bought the product.
