The latest edition of the event takes place on Saturday, July 29 at the Hurtwood Park Polo Club, Horsham Lane in Cranleigh.some insight to the much anticipated occasion. “A lot of people will probably say why polo? Black people don’t play polo! That’s false. Polo has been played in 18 countries across Africa since the 17th Century. If you go to Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, to name a few there are clubs and communities that play polo on a regular basis, as well as professionally.
