Ulrika Jonsson says Alexandra Burke's decision to not reveal her baby's name or gender is 'attention seeking'
Ulrika Jonsson has commented on Alexandra Burke's decision to not reveal her baby's name and gender, saying it "attracts far more attention."The X Factor singer recently appeared on Loose Women, where she got emotional as she revealed the reason she's decided to keep her baby's name and gender private.
Writing in her column for The Sun, Ulrika, 55, said: "Announcing you’re pregnant and then shutting the door of access to your life for those who have hitherto cared about your journey, supported you or are just plain nosey, isn’t on. During her appearance on Loose Women earlier this month, Alexandra revealed she wanted to keep the details about her baby private after her family had found the impact of her fame "hard".
Alexandra took a deep breath and said: "I've never really spoken about this but obviously I come from X Factor and that's a public show and I'm very grateful for the platform, it's made me who I am today."
