Virus cases in the UK have today risen by 35,693 with a further 207 deaths recorded in the last 24 hours.Last Wednesday there were 35,847 more infections and 149 fatalities within 28 days of a positive test.The UK has seen at least 20,000 daily cases since the end of June.
