Two women hurt after car 'deliberately' rams them on pavement
TWO young women suffered serious injuries after a car "deliberately" rammed into them as they walked on the pavement.
The victims, aged 19 and 20, were struck by the vehicle as they walked down Lower High Street in Wednesbury just before 1.45am on Sunday morning.The two young women were mowed down while walking along the pavement on Lower High Street in WednesburyThe driver of the car then fled the scene in what West Midlands Police believe was a targeted attack.Lower High Street was cordoned off as officers gathered evidence today. Forensic teams were also at the scene.
