Police believe the two blazes are linked
Police are appealing for information after two cars in Faifley, Clydebank were deliberately set on fire.
The second was received an hour later, at 5.45am, when a Skoda parked on Craigpark Street was set alight.Police believe the two incidents are linked and are looking to trace the driver of a dark-coloured Audi who was seen near both incidents around the time each fire was set.Anyone in the area at the time of each incident is urged to check any CCTV or dashcam footage and contact Police Scotland with any information which may assist with their investigation.
“We believe that these two incidents may be linked and we are continuing our enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding them. We are working to identify the driver of a dark-coloured Audi who was seen near both addresses around the time the fires were set.
