Soon afterwards a passer-by told police officers on patrol they had seen two people dumping a pillowcase in a bush in Lower High Street, Watford.At around 8pm a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested at Kings Langley train station on suspicion of burglary. They have since been released on bail.
Detective Sergeant Stuart Keene said: “In less than three hours, we had identified two suspects in relation to the burglary who were subsequently arrested, and we will be able to return the stolen jewellery back to the victim.Anyone with information can call 101 quoting crime reference 41/96997/22.
