Reporters at the scene have described hearing screaming and crying outside the police cordon after the tragedy was discovered
Officers rushed to the scene after there had been reports of two infants being unresponsive inside the vehicle.Deputies were called shortly after 5.30pm local time, to Sunshine House in South Carolina, Daily Star reports.
