Court papers state the trio set fire to a wooden dining room table and chairs
A fire is said to have taken effect and caused damage to the property on Leglen Wood Crescent.
They are also accused of breaking into the house owned by Gregor Jamieson and stealing electrical items, a safe and cosmetic items.
