Trans debate takes centre stage at Edinburgh Fringe. KathrynSamsonC4 reports.
In the year following the Scottish Government’s controversial Gender Recognition Bill, it’s perhaps unsurprising that some shows at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe are touching on the subject of trans rights.
Speaking at the festival today, Scotland’s former first minister Nicola Sturgeon defended the bill, insisting she would vote for it again if it was put to parliament.
