A TOURISM champion has claimed the Scottish Government’s restrictions on short term lets are discriminatory against women.

“The prejudice applied to the Scottish self-catering sector will therefore have a disproportionate impact on women, in breach of The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women .”
