Date published: Tuesday 31st January 2023 11:00 -Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of Sporting Lisbon right-wing-back Pedro Porro on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.
However, David Ornstein reported on deadline day eve that the deal was off after Sporting changed their demands having already accepted a €45million bid. The fee is still believed to be €45m, though the terms have been altered in order to appease Sporting.On Tuesday evening,
