Tom Holland jokes ex Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou will need resilience for Tottenham job
Hollywood actor Tom Holland has warned Ange Postecoglou he'll need resilience when he takes up his new position at Tottenham.Ange Postecoglou left Celtic after a historic treble win for the Premier League, where he will look to lift Tottenham back towards Champions League placement after failing to land a European place for this term, the Daily Record reports.
But he's used to difficult moments thanks to his football team and tells Postecoglou he will need to be resilient - but also joked he should free Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min so they can achieve professional happiness. He told UNILAD: "I think being a Tottenham fan is somewhat like being in The Crowded Room. It has taught me resilience. Tottenham have never won anything and supporting them is incredibly difficult.
"It is no secret that my show has been so horribly reviewed. But I am here to promote the show and I am still here, I am very resilient. "It's a good quality in a new employee. I'd say go to Madrid . Go and be the best football player in the world that you deserve to be.
