The playmaker has already received a yellow card when he put in a tough challenge on PSV star Sergino Dest.
Rangers star Todd Cantwell has been warned over his in-game discipline by Michael Beale after avoiding a second yellow card in the crucial Champions League play-off clash with PSV Eindhoven.
But with the game poised at 1-1 the pundits were left in disbelief as Cantwell lunged at PSV full-back Sergino Dest as the Barcelona loanee launched the ball forward with the Englishman already on a booking. However, referee Clement Turpin took a lenient approach and kept his cards in his pocket. “He is usually on the end of things like that, so I like him to show his grit and things like that. But this is a new level again for Todd. He has not played in Europe in his career. He has played youth international football, but he has not played in Europe so this is a new level again.
