'There was a standoff situation.'
Andrew Mercer, 25, Craig Reynolds, 31, Lisa Wallace, 34, Malcolm White, 29, and now deceased Kevin Jamieson, 36, were involved in the melee in Glasgow's Cardonald on June 5, 2020.
The city's sheriff court heard Mercer and Reynolds showed up at the property around noon in a car shortly followed by White and Jamieson in another vehicle.Prosecutor Mark Allan said:"They conducted themselves in a disorderly manner through the developing disturbance."There was a standoff situation.CCTV was shown to the court of the incident in which car windows were seen to be smashed by the baseball bats.
