Kyle Tunstall kicked the woman in the head after a row in a taxi
A woman who was punched, kicked and spat at by her long term boyfriend said she contemplated suicide as he tore away her self worth.
The abuse culminated in an incident during which the couple had an argument in a taxi that once more turned violent. The woman was knocked down and she lay on the floor, Tunstall powered a kick to her head. The torrent of abuse culminated in convictions for two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and four counts of battery which each related to at least four incidents. These included punching and spitting in her face and were combined with verbal abuse and bullying.
