A THUG has admitted assaulting a man amid a 'hate crime' at student halls.
Kyle Miller, 22, and Shannon Carrick, 18, had their not guilty pleas accepted by the prosecutor.
Gray also faced a separate charge of acting in an aggressive manner towards the man, swearing and making a racist remark.Sheriff Diana McConnell deferred sentence to later this month where more information surrounding the circumstances of the assault will be heard."Due to the nature of this offence, there is a chance you will be compelled to commit further offending."
