One woman remains in hospital following the incident
Three people were thrown from a Winter Wonderland ride causing 'serious injuries'. Two patients were taken to hospital after the incident on the Ice Skater Sizzler ride, reports Wales Online.
"One currently remains in hospital and is being treated for their injuries.” Several bystanders saw the startling event unfurl on Saturday evening, including Seren McCallum-Weller. "The ride was slowing down and it came to a stop about one or two minutes after it happened. The attendants were trying to stop it straightaway.
Another witness to the horrible affair was Laura Rogers, who was also visiting Winter Wonderland with her family. She said: "We were playing on the games opposite and we heard a bit of commotion. "There were shoes on the floor that seemed to be flown off during this time. I stood for a little while and then I noticed one of the security staff talking to my mother-in-law.
