Mark Zuckerberg, chief executive of Meta – which also owns Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook – said Threads is aThe text-based conversation app allows users to write, publish, repost or quote messages that are shared to a real-time timeline for other users to see.
Videos, images and links can also be posted on Threads. Posts are restricted to 500 characters, which is more than Twitter's 280-character limit. Like Twitter, you are able to delete posts, but you are currently unable to edit posts on Threads.
