The White Lotus season 2 is more obsessed with male nudity than ever, but there's a good reason why, and not just because everyone's horny.
She's the one who caught Ethan in an awkward position, but when he decides to stop hiding his junk and shower in front of her with everything hanging loose, the uncomfortable tension is flipped back onto Harper.
In episode five, the pair finally bang with Lucia on top, fully in control. Up until this point, female nudity has not really been the focus, or at least pushed to the forefront in the same way that the male bodies have, but now, a naked Lucia is centred in full. For her, it's work, but there's also pleasure too, and this intoxicating mix once again positions naked bodies as the ones in control.
None of this is to say that being submissive is wrong or that Adam DiMarco's body is not attractive. Because, duh. But rather, the way his naked form is framed speaks to the power dynamics between him and Lucia, which we see again when they get together at the end of the episode.Albie's sex scenes are worlds away from Jack's though, and no, we're not just talking about #UncleGate.
